Breathwork is a safe and gentle way to heal trauma, release stuck energy, and grow into a more authentic and confident expression of yourself. Unlike substances like psychedelics where there is no going back, breathwork allows practitioners to venture as deeply as they're ready to go. I provide a safe and nourishing container for groups up to 12 people within the comfort of your home. Sessions are 2 hours followed by 1 hour of integration.
What You Can Expect from Breathwork
Breathwork connects us to what Dr. Stanislov Grof refers to as our "inner healing intelligence." Just as our bodies know how to heal from cuts and broken bones, we also know how to heal from psychological wounds. Engaging with the breath can help you to live more fully, confidently, and with greater agency. It also has cardiovascular and neurological benefits, stimulating the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus and increasing neural plasticity. It can also improve focus, relaxation, and presence.
